        Structure principle of hydraulic end hydraulic diaphragm metering pump

        The hydraulic end of hydraulic diaphragm metering pump is composed of plunger, cylinder body, cylinder head, inlet and outlet valve, diaphragm, three valves (relief valve, limit valve, compensation valve) or built-in oil replenishing valve. When the diaphragm is running, the hydraulic oil and medium are separated, so the diaphragm metering pump has the advantage of no leakage. It is an ideal tool for conveying flammable, explosive, volatile, strong corrosive, radioactive, highly toxic and expensive media.

        The hydraulic end plunger of the hydraulic diaphragm metering pump is driven by the reciprocating motion of the crank connecting rod mechanism at the transmission end. The plunger moves back and forth in the hydraulic chamber to change the pressure of the hydraulic oil and make the diaphragm flexure to transport the medium. The relative stability of hydraulic oil quantity in hydraulic chamber is maintained by the function of three valves. The relief valve can release the gas from the hydraulic oil into the hydraulic chamber to ensure the smooth operation and avoid the adverse reaction of automatically opening the oil discharge due to excessive hydraulic oil or blocked discharge pipeline. The limit compensation device uses the diaphragm to push the opening of the limit valve and replenish the oil quantity according to the vacuum degree in the hydraulic chamber at any time to ensure the hydraulic oil filling degree in the hydraulic chamber.

        Installation requirements of JTM hydraulic diaphragm metering pump

        1. The pump should be installed on a special standby concrete foundation or iron casting platform, and fixed with anchor bolts after calibration. The concrete foundation shall be 50-100 mm above the ground.

        2. The diameter of suction and discharge should not be less than the diameter of inlet and outlet, and the suction pipeline should be shortened as far as possible. If the suction line is too long or there are too many elbow joints, npsha calculation should be carried out to meet the requirement of net positive suction head.

        3. The connecting pipeline should be equipped with measuring instruments, such as pressure gauge (provided by the user).

        4. The end of the suction pipe should be equipped with a filtering device (provided by the user).

        5. The discharge pipeline should be equipped with safety valve or safety relief valve (provided by the user). If it is necessary to reduce the outlet pressure pulsation, a pressure stabilizing device can be set near the pump discharge pipeline.

        6. The electrical control equipment should be installed in the working place of the pump as far as possible according to the use situation. The electrical control equipment should be installed with the control switch protection device corresponding to the conveying medium to ensure safety.

        7. For multi unit combined pump (plunger type or diaphragm type), for the same base and same specification, the piping shall be arranged from high to low according to the process pressure level, starting with the motor as the basic point; for the combination of different base and different specifications, it has been installed from large to small, and the user only needs to connect the pipe.
